We spent early Christmas Eve having dinner with Garrett's family and skyping with Sister Sheree Benson, then came home and watched some classics. Last year, we gave candy making a try. Unfortunately we are not candy making extraordinaires and the candy wasn't very good after a few days. This year we decided to try something a little less sugar oriented, and made some soup! We chose a vegetable tuscan soup that turned out great, and we had some great leftovers. I think we'll try it again next year.
Here are some photo updates of Christmas at the Bensons this year.....

| Merry Christmas! Love, The Bensons |
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
-Luke 2:11-14
