Christmas 2014!

We spent early Christmas Eve having dinner with Garrett's family and skyping with Sister Sheree Benson, then came home and watched some classics. Last year, we gave candy making a try. Unfortunately we are not candy making extraordinaires and the candy wasn't very good after a few days. This year we decided to try something a little less sugar oriented, and made some soup! We chose a vegetable tuscan soup that turned out great, and we had some great leftovers. I think we'll try it again next year.

Here are some photo updates of Christmas at the Bensons this year.....
I was recently called to Sunbeams...  we got these in primary a few weeks ago and I gave this to Garrett because I love him ;).

Hardly any snow this year, woke up on Christmas morning to this lovely view!

Garrett and I wanted to make a snowman.....

Not the best snow for it though....so we made a mini man. This is Wilmer.

Merry Christmas! Love, The Bensons

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
